# EastBound · South African Drum & Bass

> EastBound is a Drum & Bass collective born in the East and heard worldwide — Gauteng-rooted, running events, mixes, talent and professional sound-system hire. Resident roster: Debug, Duology, GG, Keedz, Neptune, ShesAYama. 174 BPM. Loud. Loyal. South African.

EastBound was founded in August 2025 as GG's concept — created with Keedz and Taine (Debug). The three are co-founders and primary residents. Neptune and ShesAYama were welcomed as the first official residents outside the founding trio in 2026. We're built around a resident DJ roster, a touring sound system, and a yearly schedule of nights that take Drum & Bass seriously — full-length sets, dedicated rooms, proper rigs. Jump up, neurofunk, jungle, deep rollers, 140 and grime. Talent booked on artistic fit, not follower count. Based in Gauteng, shows in Johannesburg, Cape Town and beyond.

Next confirmed: **Friday 26 June 2026 — Smoking Kills, Melville (Johannesburg)** — a co-headline with **DBAF (Donny Basco and Friends) × EastBound**. Full lineup, doors and stage times to be announced closer to the date.
